Bio

Dustin Duncan joined the team at Lewis and Clark Community College in 2020. He currently serves as head strength and conditioning coach as well as assistant coach of the golf program for the past five seasons. Dustin also serves as adjunct faculty in Lewis and Clark’s exercise science program.

Dustin is a 2019 graduate of SIU-Edwardsville, where he earned a Master of Exercise Physiology. Before his master's, he attained his bachelor’s degree in exercise science at SIUE in 2018. He also attended Lewis and Clark from 2014-2016, earning his Associate in Exercise Science.

Prior to joining Lewis and Clark, he served as adjunct faculty at SIU-Edwardsville from 2020-2024 where he taught undergraduate exercise science classes for the exercise science department. Dustin also worked as a personal trainer.

As an athlete, Dustin played golf at Lewis and Clark, where he earned one team win and two low-round individual wins. He still competes in local qualifiers and tournaments around the St. Louis area.

Dustin resides in Bethalto, his hometown, with his wife Mattie. Outside of coaching, he enjoys golfing, weightlifting, hanging out with friends, watching sports and being outdoors.
